Students recieve a whole school assembly on a daily basis regarding topical issues. This is often delivered by the Headteacher as well as other teaching staff on a rotational basis. Students are also encouraged to participate to help develop their public speaking skills as well as instiling self-confidence.

In their first year at Brondesbury College students will be assigned a Form Tutor who will meet students on a regular basis so that individual strengths or weaknesses can be quickly recognised.  He will keep a close eye on academic progress, identifying any problems early on and give constant advice and encouragement.  The Headteacher is also available to counsel students on an individual basis.
